Donations can be made through Pay Pal by going to; by mailing a check to H.A.L.O. or at the Ambulance Department at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital.

Penn West Energy has demonstrated their continued support to H.A.L.O. with their third installment in October of $83,333 toward a three year committment totaling $250,000. They continued to support H.A.L.O. with another cheque in February 2011 for $50,000.  Thank you to PENN WEST ENERGY our largest contributor to date!

The City of Medicine Hat, donated $75,000 to H.A.L.O. in the late fall.  City council understands the value H.A.L.O. brings to the citizens of Medicine Hat and the city's employees while they are working in the gas fields in the surrounding area.

CNRL donated $25,000 in the fall of 2010 as did Special Areas of Hanna.

CYPRESS COUNTY has contributed $225,000 in the past three years to H.A.L.O.

COUNTY OF 40 MILE is an annual contibuter, having donated $75,000 in the past three years.

CUPE donated $10,000, $5000 from the Medicine Hat and area local and $5000 from the Alberta Association.  One of their members was one of three people H.A.L.O. rescued during the Irving flood in June of 2010.

Our three Galas have raised $180,000 while our annual golf tournaments have raised over $100,000 since inception.  The Canadian Fertilizers/H.A.L.O. Gala is sceduled for Friday,   May 6 and the Golf tournament for Friday June 16, 2011.

DROWNING FORD GRAZING ASSOCIATION donated $40,000 in February of 2011.


The Medicine Hat Real Estate Board recently donated $5000 as did the Medicine Hat Rock and Lapidary Club, Community View Lions and Irvine Lions.

The Bindloss 4H Club held a dinner and auction at the Acadia Valley community hall.  This event was supported by area businesses and residents.  This event raised $40,000 for H.A.L.O.  These young people are to be commended for their efforts.  They even cooked the dinner themselves.

UFA held a client appreciation day in June and raised $1100.

Cancarb raised $1800 at an employee bbq during Stampede.
